Duchess of Cameron is a woman-owned, bespoke fine art cake studio with locations in New York City and Colorado, specializing in handpainted designs for weddings, milestone celebrations, corporate galas, and VIP functions. Founder and cake artist Grace "Grey" Pak draws inspiration from art history's most influential eras to create one-of-a-kind edible sculptures. Her designs range from delicate chinoiserie motifs adorned with hyper-realistic sugar flowers to intricate paintings reminiscent of Rococo frescoes. Her favorite part of the process? Watching her work "destroyed". "I love that my creations play a starring role in life's crucial moments, but what I love most is that, unlike paintings on a wall, my art literally becomes a physical part of everyone who experiences it."

Grace's distinctive artistic approach has earned her appearances on Netflix's "Is It Cake?", multiple Food

Network, Cooking Channel, and NBC features—including as a judge on "Buddy vs Duff"—and recognition as Manhattan Cake Designer of the Year at the New York Wedding Awards. Duchess of Cameron has been honored with The Knot's "Best of Weddings" and WeddingWire's "Couples' Choice Award," and is on The St. Regis New York's exclusive Preferred Vendor List. The studio has collaborated with discerning clients including Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., Jacob & Co., Jean Paul Gaultier, Four Seasons, Newsweek, Martha Stewart, and renowned artist Jeff Koons. Duchess of Cameron has been featured in Vanity Fair, BRIDES, House & Garden, and The World of Interiors. Pak also maintains a practice of philanthropic work, regularly donating signature cakes to cultural institutions and nonprofit organizations including The United States Marine Corps, American Museum of Natural History, and The Frick Collection.

Grace "Grey" Pak is the owner and cake artist of Duchess of Cameron. Her path to culinary artistry began with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University and a Master of Science in Neuroscience and Education from Columbia University—an interdisciplinary foundation that continues to shape her approach to cake as both art form and sensory experience. Her early experimental work explored phenomenology—the study of consciousness through first-hand experience—and unknowingly established a recurring theme that would define her future: food as an artistic medium.

After nine years in web design and e-commerce at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York City, Grace rekindled her creative passion by founding Duchess of Cameron. She earned the prestigious Grand Diplôme with Distinction in Cake Techniques & Design from the International Culinary Center (formerly the French Culinary Institute), establishing a practice that transforms celebration into edible sculpture.

What distinguishes Grace's work is her understanding of cake decorating as more than craft—it's a therapeutic medium. Drawing on her neuroscience training, she recognizes the profound cognitive and emotional benefits of creative work. She collaborates closely with Licensed Creative Arts Therapists, medical professionals, and nonprofit organizations to develop programs that harness these benefits, using the multi-sensory process of cake decorating to create pathways to psychological well-being and offer accessible tools for creativity and insight in everyday life.

This commitment extends to her role as Board Member of Think360 Arts for Learning, Colorado's leading arts nonprofit organization, where she advances equitable access to arts education across communities, serving populations from pre-K through grade 12 and elderly communities through direct programming and creative experiences.
